just another tutorial but now using this ramldr. i heard it
is very good.
remember to put your phone in “back up mode” by flashing
bootloader 7.D0, it only works if your v3 has bootloader 7.D0
-first, check the dir of the program for the files ramldr.exe,

Scotty2’s 8.26 Bootloader Downgrader
Flashbackup 2.62
Moto Bootscreen Replacer
Offset.ini
Steps:
Go here and follow the instructions to downgrade your bootloader to 7.D0
Once your downgraded
Create your own 176×220 bitmap image.

1)connect the phone to a P2K program.
2)delete the secure_pds_init file
3)do not restart the phone, just unplug it
4)go to Menu >>> Settings >>> Personalise >>> Greeting; delete the startup message or enter a new one.
5)now restart the phone, the message will not come back.
